As mercury soars around 300 patients with complaints of seasonal sickness are visiting the sadar hospital in the district daily, officials said on Tuesday. Records show in the last week, 2,385 people fell ill due to heat and visited the hospital for treatment. Temperature in the district hovers between 40°C and 41°C.
