Optical illusion reveals if you’re a secret mind reader or more logical – but it all depends on what you spot first
THE first thing you see in this clever optical illusion can reveal more about your hidden personality traits than you might realise.
It all depends on what you see first though, so don’t think about it too hard.
The illustration shows a woman’s leg in a black heeled shoe – but eagle-eyed viewers might’ve first notices something else.
The shoe is actually a black cat stretching it’s front legs out with it’s long tail lifted.
But did you see the cat or the shoe first?
According to Mia Yilin, who shared the illusion on TikTok, they both mean something very different.
If you spotted the cat first, you’re probably a very emotionally intelligent person who is very in tune with other people’s thoughts and feelings.
“You’re great at reading other people’s thoughts from their behaviour and expressions,” Mia said.
Because of this, you know the best way to deal with different people and “are a pro at socialising” as a result.
However, if you first saw the high heel you’re more of a logical person who sees things for what they are.
Mia explained: “If you are stick in a dilemma you will always make the morally right choice, even if that means hurting yourself or your relationships.”
You still leave people with a “great impression” of yourself though – this is all thanks to your “wise and intelligent” nature.
“You have a mysterious and sophisticated aura to yourself and are also extremely attractive,” Mia added.
Viewers were impressed by how accurate the illusion revealed their true personalities.
One said: “I saw the cat first and that’s me.”
A second agreed: “I saw the heel, you nailed it.”
