The Delhi Commission for Women has demanded an FIR against police officers for not registering a case on the sexual harassment allegations levelled by women wrestlers against WFI chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, including a minor. The panel accused police of leaking the identity of the complainants and failing to ensure their safety, demanding they follow Section 166 A Clause (c) IPC, punishing those failing to record information related to cognisable offences punishable under sections 354 and 354B, among others.
