Erasmus+ Sport’s BITEFIX project launches online anti-match-fixing training programme
April 25 – A new online educational programme has been launched to fight match-fixing and betting-fraud in sport.
The programme comes out of an Erasmus+ Sport project and sees partners ICSS and others involved in the ‘BITEFIX’ initiative target the training at athletes, coaches, and sport officials, with in depth knowledge of match-fixing and its associated problems including illegal sports betting.
The launch took place during the ‘BITEFIX,’ EU ERASMUS+ Sport project’s 5th transnational meeting held at HAŠK Mladost Sports Centre in Zagreb,
