ALTHOUGH many people are shamed into covering up their curvy figures, one woman defied the haters by rocking tiny bikinis and loving the way she looks, regardless of what trolls have to say about it.
21-year-old Mak is a ‘fat positive’ content creator who loves nothing more than showing off her ‘hot’ body.
In one of her recent self-love videos shared on social media, Mak posed for the camera in a car park wearing a blue and orange bikini.
“If you don’t want to see a confident, beautiful fat woman in a bikini, keep scrolling,” she told viewers before throwing up her arms and turning around to show off the rest of her look.
Despite being praised for representing the plus-size community, the TikTok user also receives a lot of mean comments from trolls who say she should loose weight and cover up.
Surprisingly, Mak said a lot of the hate comes from other plus-size people.
“I thought we were supposed to hype each other up beautiful! Just support and keep unkind thoughts to your self.
“Also it just confuses me when I’m told to cover up by people my size. Like… are you just jealous? Cause you are really making it seem like it,” she captioned on video where she donned matching blue underwear.
Dating can also be a bit of an issue for the stunner, since men often have a problem with her size.
But Mak doesn’t have a problem with blokes who aren’t interested in dating her though – that’s their loss.
In fact, it’s clear she knows her worth, as she mimed along to the lyrics ‘you’ve never been to heaven, have you?’ in a video she posted about dating.
Because of her positive attitude Mak has amassed an impressive 97.5k followers and 7.2 million likes on the video sharing platform, where she is regularly praised by her fans for her confidence.
One commented on her bikini video: “You look like a goddess, you are GLOWING!”
A second wrote: “You are beautiful, don’t let anyone tell you different.”
“It’s wild how upset people get with seeing someone be happy and comfortable in their own skin,” another said.
And someone else raved: “You are so gorgeous! Don’t let others bring you down. I love your confidence.”
