A GYM girl has spent two years changing her body composition and bulking.
She’s gained 55 pounds but people say that her transformation is “goals.”
Laura (@lauraailaa), a fitness content creator, showed off her glow up that she earned through hard work with her TikTok followers.
“Give me two years,” she said, sharing a video of her former self when she first started working out.
She did squats and worked with the leg press before transitioning to photos of her current self, showing off her booty in some white leggings.
The content creator cringed a little at the videos of herself: “The first video,” she said, adding crying emojis.
“Gained 25kg (55 pounds),” she said, adding the hashtags #transformation and #weightgain.
In another video, the influencer shared that she was able to pull herself out of a funk by focusing on herself and her development at the gym.
“When someone tries to hurt me but I pulled myself out of the darkest time in my life and healed myself all on my own,” she said, sharing videos of herself working out.
“Nothing more dangerous than a woman who healed herself on her own.”
People were impressed by her dedication and encouraged her to keep going.
