A SELF-DESCRIBED Skims fan has shared an embarrassing fashion mishap she had with the brand.
Her followers joked that the wardrobe malfunction provided a “new feature” to a popular Skims item.
TikTok user Janette (@inmyseams) explained that while she still “loves” Skims she was “sad” about her recent purchase.
In her video, Janette told her viewers that she had bought the $118 all-in-one mock neck sleeveless onesie.
“I bought this onesie from Skims. It ripped right in the butthole seam,” she said.
Janette joked: “The irony is that Kim has the fattest butt so I’m just confused as to why this is ripping in the butt.”
The TikToker explained that she loves Kim Kardashian’s brand and only had positive experiences in the past.
“I love Skims but I’m just a little bit sad and disappointed because this shouldn’t really be happening,” Janette said.
She continued: “I mean the onesie is giving, it’s super duper cute. Look at my outfit, it’s so cute literally.”
Janette showed her followers how she accessorized the onesie when she wore it.
“I have no idea when this ripped so I could have been walking around with a big hole in my butt,” the influencer said.
She added: “I tried wearing this yesterday, I turned around and looked at the mirror.
“It’s like you could see right through it because it stretches,” Janette said.
