While police insist that the role of gau rakshaks is limited to that of informers, a group of vigilantes late on Tuesday night chased a container truck carrying cows and bulls for over 20km on the Sohna Road after it smashed past a boom barrier at the Ghamroj toll plaza on the newly built highway.
