Acting on a complaint, the department of town and country planning (DTCP) has issued a show cause notice to the developer of Vatika India Next society for allegedly installing gates at the exit and entry points and allowing commercial outlets to operate within the residential area in clear violation of the approved layout and the licence terms and conditions.
