A GYM girl has shared her reaction to an unexpected pop during her jumping lunges.
Women say her awkward fitness experience is “so relatable.”
In the recent video, YouTubers Julie and Camilla (@julieandcamilla) were in the middle of their workout when Camilla abruptly stopped.
Camilla was tracking her workout progress when she should’ve been tracking something else.
The two women were doing side-by-side jumping squats in matching workout sets.
Julie asked: “Ready?” Camilla groaned and shook her head. She wasn’t prepared for what would happen either.
Both fitness fans knelt and shot back up, switching between legs.
Camilla was on her period, but she kept up with Julie just fine — until she couldn’t.
When she was switching between legs, something suddenly popped out.
Her upper body was jolted forward as she realized her tampon had burst out of her.
“My tampon popped out,” she said, laughing to Julie.
“Has this ever happened to you?”
The shocked woman clenched her thighs together and walked away.
“Props to Camilla for making it to the gym while aunt flo is in town. The willpower that takes is astonishing,” one surprised woman wrote.
An honest fan commented: “Got to be one of the most relatable things I’ve ever seen.”
“I don’t use tampons, but when your pad shift,” another woman admitted.
