Delhi experienced heavy rains since the start of the week, leading to low visibility conditions and a minimum temperature of 15.8 degrees Celsius, the lowest in the month in at least 13 years. The all-time low of 15.2 degrees Celsius – since the weather keeping started – was recorded on May 2, 1982.
