Ten tribal MLAs in Manipur, including seven belonging to the BJP, have urged the Indian Government to provide them with a "separate administration" due to recent violent clashes between the Meiteis and tribal groups. The MLAs accused the Meitei community of causing the violence, which they claim was "tacitly supported" by the BJP-run state government.
