The Chicago Gospel Music Festival got underway Saturday under hot, sunny conditions at Millennium Park, celebrating genres from traditional choirs to R&B.
The festival showcasing local choirs and musicians continues Sunday at the Pritzker Pavilion with a 6:30 p.m. performance by RIZE Youth Company of its multidisciplinary theatrical production “Call Her By Name.”
