Ant McPartlin forced to apologise again to Britain’s Got Talent viewers after finalist swears live on air
ANT McPartlin was forced to apologise once again during Britain Got’s Talent after a contestant swore during the live final.
It has not been the first time that the show has been forced to say “sorry” to viewers as a result of bad language.
During comedian Viggo Venn’s performance, he appeared to let slip a swear word as he pretended to act as if his act had gone wrong as part of a skit.
After making the error, he asked, in character: “Is this live?”
It led to Ant making a gushing apology once his act came to an end.
He said: “We do apologise for any bad language that you might have heard.”
It comes after Bruno accidentally swore live on the ITV show during Tuesday night’s episode.
The 67-year-old dropped an expletive as he and his fellow judges were invited on stage to be a part of Andrew Stanton’s controversial routine.
The judge seemed uneasy about taking part in the act as he was heard saying to music mogul Simon: “Oh f**king hell Simon, not again.”
Simon then asked him: “What?”, to which Bruno repeated: “Not again,” referring to their continuous participation in the BGT acts.
On Wednesday night’s show, hosts Ant and Dec called for a moment of silence so they could address and apologise for it.
Ant said: “Now before we carry on, we have to just say sorry if you heard a bit of choice language on this show last night.”
