Adam Barlow makes a decision about cheating wife Sarah Platt in Coronation Street
UNABLE to cope with the guilt, Sarah Platt came clean to her husband Adam Barlow about sleeping with Damon Hay.
Next week in Coronation Street, the solicitor makes a massive decision about his cheating wife.
Adam Barlow (portrayed by Sam Robertson) was shocked beyond belief when his wife Sarah (Tina O’Brien) revealed she’d cheated on him with business partner Damon Hay.
The pair had previously bickered about building a family together, as Sarah was eager to focus on her career, but the infidelity appeared to be the last straw for Adam.
Is it really the end for the Weatherfield couple?
Coming up next week on ITV, Sarah confides in her grandmother Audrey Roberts (Sue Nicholls) how much she loves Adam.
She expresses her regret for throwing their marriage away for a stupid fling.
Audrey urges her to tell him how she feels and Sarah follows through.
The Underworld PA begs Adam to give her another chance but he refuses, prompting Sarah to turn the tables.
In a shocking move, Sarah suggests Adam is partially to blame for the affair as she felt neglected due to him constantly being at work.
Adam is left seething by Sarah’s words but his grandfather Ken Barlow (William Roache) likens their marriage to that of his own to Deirdre, which lasted many years.
Ken urges Adam not to throw in the towel and the latter takes it into consideration.
In later scenes, Adam and Sarah agree to meet for lunch to discuss where their marriage is headed.
But when she has to cancel due to a work engagement, Adam’s jealousy is reignited and gets the best of him.
