Re: The Takeover: One Approval Down, One To Go
KESLe ModKESWould the circular need to include how the holding company expects to stay on the HKSE long term without BCFC and the plan for full ownership from Shelby?
‘Officially’ there is no staged deal or plan for a full sale, it’s not in the agreement that’s on HKSE
Obviously Knighthead will want and will get the full club eventually, but as far as HKSE rejecting the deal on that basis, I don’t think they can, it’s simply a 45% deal at this stage
But would that be what’s potentially holding up the circular, the idea that BSH need to get there ducks in order so that the HKSE are aware/happy that the listing will be ok once this goes through?
Just thinking of reasons why the HKSE would find issues with it.
I suspect the hkse are ensuring bshl won't just be a 'shell' company listing, which is why I suspect there is hoops to be jumped through before getting there approval.
