Tielemans has scored 28 goals and provided 26 assists in 195 appearances since joining from Monaco for £35million.
The Belgian international, 26, scored the only goal to help Leicester to their first ever FA Cup title against Chelsea in 2021.
But after four years, Tielemans is searching for pastures new after Leicester’s relegation to the Championship.
The player was supposedly on the radar of Arsenal and Manchester United in January, but interest from the Gunners has lowered whilst United don’t feature at all.
