CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mixed Wednesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade. Wheat for Jul. lost 5.50 cents at $6.2150 a bushel; Jul. corn advanced 5.25 cents at $6.1025 a bushel; Jul. oats was off 3.25 cents at $3.41 a bushel; while Jul. soybeans rose 5.25 cents at $13.6025 a bushel.
Beef mixed, pork higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
Jun. live cattle rose 2.45 cents at $1.8075 a pound; Aug. feeder cattle was unchanged at $2.4285 a pound; Jun. lean hogs was up 2.22 cents at $.8787 a pound.
