The death toll in Bahanaga train tragedy rose to 289 with the death of one more injured in SCB Medical College and Hospital, Cuttack, on Tuesday. The victim, identified as Vijay Paswan (29) from Bihar, had severe spinal cord injury and was hardly able to speak when admitted to the hospital.
