A WOMAN has unveiled the secret behind her incredible figure and youthful looks at the age of 64.
Taking to her social media, Harrah Brown appeared on screen in nothing but a white bikini that featured off-the-shoulder short sleeves.
Accessorising the look with a woven bag and styling her platinum mane into curls, she walked along a pool, showing off her rock hard abs and slim figure.
Over the clip, she told viewers that she 64 and has four grown up children.
And when it comes to the key to her fitness? She said: “2.5 years [of] resistance training”.
“Getting in shape at this age is possible with patience, consistency, [and]determination. It’s an ongoing process of trial and error, but worth the journey!” she added in the caption.
And people were left impressed as they flocked to the comments section to share their thoughts over her figure.
“Struggling with belly fat I’m thin but have a handful of fat to grab wasn’t sure if u need surgery to remove it your an inspiration,” one person shared.
TikTok user @harrahbrown replied: “I still struggle with belly fat. Aside from working out 3x per week I limit refined white carbs, sugar and processed foods.”

“Any surgery at all? No judgment I just want realistic expectations for myself!” a third asked, to which she replied: “None,” with a thumbs up emoji.

While others simply didn’t believe her age at all as one person wrote: “64 I object!! 52 at the most, you look amazing lovely,” followed by several red heart emojis.
Another shared: “You look amazing amazing omg lady what you did im on my journey just turn 50 you look like 30 beautiful”.
While another added: “Beautiful and you sur don’t look 62,” to which she replied: “Thank you! I’m 64”.
