Man Utd could make ‘wild Mbappe transfer bid with world record contract’ as Qataris ‘already forget about PSG’
MANCHESTER UNITED have been tipped to make a “wild Kylian Mbappe bid” with a “world record contract.”
That’s with Qatari chiefs “already forgetting about Paris Saint-Germain.”
Mbappe rocked the French apple cart by submitting a letter declaring his intention to run down his contract.
The ace’s mega deal, worth nearly £900,000-a-week, expires next year.
And PSG are not prepared to lose him for free, with a summer transfer now increasingly likely.
Real Madrid have long been thought to be Mbappe’s next destination, with Carlo Ancelotti left gutted after missing out on him in 2022.
However, reports in Spain claim Mbappe could end up making his way to Man United instead.
El Chiringuito TV claims PSG’s Qatari investors are no long interested in the French side.
They feel the club project has ran its course following the World Cup in Qatar.
President Nasser Al-Khelaifi has already been linked with the Old Trafford takeover.

And money men are now looking to make a huge investment as Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani aims to replace the Glazers as new owner of Man United.
The Red Devils will then make Mbappe their No1 target, and plan on luring him to Old Trafford with a “wild offer” worth a world-record £342million a year net – a significant upgrade on the £80m he gets in Paris.
That would mean United paying him a gross salary of £640MILLION, or £12.3million a week.
For comparison, Cristiano Ronaldo earns £3.3m a week in Saudi Arabia.
Edu Aguirre said: “[I spoke with] people very close to those who rule in PSG, in Qatar.

“They want to copy the model of the United Arab Emirates and Manchester City. The investment that Qatar is going to make in Manchester United is wild.
“What they say to me is if Madrid wants Mbappe this summer they’re going to have to be quick, because it’s more than likely that Manchester United are going to make a wild offer this summer to Kylian Mbappe.
“That is to say: ‘You want to leave PSG? Okay. Wherever you want. But are you going to reject 400 million [euros] net per year?’”
