I pimped up my swimming pool – cruel trolls say it looks unfinished but I don’t care, I love it
A HOMEOWNER who showed off her pimped up above ground swimming pool has received mixed reviews online.
Jacqui, who is a real estate agent, revealed how she gave the rattan-framed pool in her garden a complete new makeover – by adding a swish new decking area.
In a clip shared to TikTok (@jacquifnrealtor), she begins by showing the swimming pool after it was first installed, before then sharing a step-by-step video of the transformation process.
With a helping hand, Jacqui adds steps for easy access into the pool, a parasol and two deck chairs for optimum sunbathing.
The video has since gone viral, garnering a whopping 300k views and several comments from social media users.
However, while she was clearly thrilled with the results, not everyone was impressed.
“Looks unfinished. Should of had something all the way round,” wrote one.
A second penned: “Good job but you should have levels the pool properly.”

A third asked: “Did you really just put those posts on to the ground? No digging and filling with concrete? No paver?”
Jacqui replied: “They are filled with concrete, but you can’t see it because it’s covered with the stone.”
Meanwhile, a fourth noted: “Pool cost £474 ($600) deck cost £1100 ($1400).”
Jacqui responded: “Pool free – it was a gift and deck also free as we used recyclable wood that we had at home.”
Elsewhere, others were far more complimentary of the transformation.
