Police say a California man suspected of fatally stabbing two people recently in a community near the Arizona-Nevada line before being shot by a neighbor remained hospitalized Sunday in Las Vegas. Police said detectives are continuing to investigate Friday’s killings in Bullhead City, Arizona, as a double homicide. They identified the suspect as 31-year-old Aaron Michael Bryant of Eureka, California. Bullhead City police spokeswoman Emily Fromelt said in an email that Bryant remained hospitalized Sunday in Las Vegas. It wasn’t immediately clear if the victims were related or whether Bryant had an attorney who could comment for him.
