ONLY people with 20/20 vision can spot the eel hiding in the coral in this optical illusion.
Although the eel is cleverly camouflaged among the coral in this video, the challenge is only made harder with a 12 second time limit.
A snorkeler (@oahuoceanadventures) shared the challenging video with their TikTok followers.
“Can you spot the eel in this video?” they asked.
Surrounded by scaly green coral, swimming fish, and the vast Hawaiian ocean, it can feel almost impossible to spot the singular eel.
It can be easy to get distracted by all that’s going on the video but those with a keen eye can figure out the puzzle.
If you succeed in finding the eel, give yourself a pat on the back because it means you have 20/20 vision.
It’s a clever little creature that’s able to conceal itself among the elements to protect itself from predators.
If you still haven’t worked out where it is, don’t divert your eyes and give up.
Finding it requires some extra concentration and attention to detail.
Focusing on the video, you can make out a mouth on the large blob in the center of the screen.
As the video progresses, the eel slowly turns its head to the left and from there, an eyeball can be seen.
