Leeds United Would Prefer To Get Player Off Wage Bill
Following their relegation from the Premier League, the Whites are preparing for life in the second tier and have begun the process of making the necessary arrangements.
They are on the lookout to get some of their top earners off the wage bill and Koch is being seen as one that could be shipped out.
With the squad making preparation for pre-season and appearing for physical testing and assessments at Leeds Beckett University, Koch was one the notable names that were missing.
He is expected to complete a loan move away and it is claimed that Leeds would like to get him off the Elland Road wage bill.
The Yorkshire club are also hopeful of getting a loan fee from Eintracht Frankfurt for Koch.
In Germany, Koch could be joined by Elland Road team-mate Brenden Aaronson, who could join Union Berlin on a temporary basis as well.
Koch has been with Leeds since 2020 having featured in a total of 77 games, 73 of which have been in the Premier League.
