Bihar deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav has been charge sheeted for the first time in the case. According to people in the know, the charge sheet alleges that Tejashwi is also a "beneficiary". Special CBI public prosecutor DP Singh, while filing the fresh supplementary charge sheet on Monday, told the court that the alleged act, involving Tejashwi, was committed with a different modus operandi.
