Armed militants have entered Mizoram in the guise of refugees from the Chittagong Hill Tracts of Bangladesh. They triggered an IED explosion in a forest near Chamdur 'P' village in south Mizoram's Lawngtlai district on June 26, central Young Lai Association (CYLA) said.
