Carl Silcox, 45, was jailed for life for the murder of 43-year-old Adell Cowan after she was found dead in bed at his home in Caerphilly. Now Ms Cowan's family have spoken of their "living hell" and how Silcox added to their grief by telling "numerous lies" in court.
