Russia's budget deficit hits 2.59 trillion rubles in first half year
ST. PETERSBURG, July 7 (Xinhua) -- Russia's federal budget deficit for the first half of this year stood at 2.59 trillion rubles (about 28 billion U.S. dollars), the Russian Ministry of Finance said on Friday.
According to preliminary estimates released by the ministry, revenues of the Russian budget in the first six months of 2023 amounted to 12.38 trillion rubles (about 140 billion dollars), down by 12 percent
