The former Coronation Street star looked in high spirits as she danced the night away at Ocean Beach nightclub.
Helen videoed herself smiling away at the DJ booth.
She left little to the imagination in a busty cream bikini top.
The actress opted for minimal make-up and her blonde locks tied out of her face.
She accessorised with black sunglasses and gold jewellery.
Helen underwent a secret boob job in January in a bid to feel “more confident”.
She’s gone from an E-Cup to a B-Cup after claiming her boobs were “saggy.”
Last week Helen delighted fans with a throwback bikini snap as she revealed her exciting summer plans.
The I’m A Celeb star looked stunning in a pale blue bikini top with rhinestone detail and matching bottoms.
Helen said she was planning her next family getaway with her three children Matilda, seven, Delilah, four, and Charlie, two.
Alongside the holiday photo, she wrote: “Can’t wait for the kids to break up for summer.”
Helen also defiantly hit back at cruel mum-shamers and said she hopes to be wearing her bikinis in her 60s like I’m A Celeb pal Carol Vorderman.
The mum-of-three struck up an incredible friendship with the former Countdown legend, 62, when they starred in I’m A Celebrity South Africa together.
Helen has been proud to share her life warts and all on social media, in a bid to be real like other mums.
She said: “I hope to keep wearing my bikini into my 60s like Carol – she’s fantastic.
“100 percent. I really hope I look like Carol. I’m obsessed with her.”
In a candid interview with the Sun to launch NickWatch, Helen said: “I speak to Carol all the time. I really like Carol everything she stands for.
“She’s a sexy woman, so clever and really empowering for women.
“I just love her. I really bonded with her really well on I’m A Celeb.”
