The driver of the Mercedes-Benz was in critical condition at the same hospital, while a driver and passenger in the Hyundai were both treated for minor injuries and released as of Monday morning, police said.
The crash was still under investigation and the Crash Reconstruction Team responded to the scans. Anyone with information was asked to contact the police department at 203-946-6304 or use their anonymous tip line at 866-888-8477.
