A private commercial helicopter carrying five Mexican nationals and a pilot has crashed in a hilly, remote mountainous area in Nepal's eastern Solukhumbu district, according to officials. The Manang Air NA-MV chopper, which had taken off from Surke Airport in Solukhumbu, lost contact at an altitude above 12,000 feet, crashing in the Lamjura area of Likhupike Rural Municipality.
