I'd disagree with this - staying in basically the same position for 12 years is very 'un-Blues'. Unless anyone can remember the Joe Bradford era it's easily the longest we've been in one place, and definitely the longest we've been stuck in the second tier. For me 'typical Blues' would be bouncing around the leagues and not winning anything. In the last 16 years we've actually won a major trophy, then been a depressing zombie club since relegation, or at least since post-the European/play off season. On balance it's been awful and I'm glad it's about to be over.
