The recent rain and floods have had an effect on vegetable prices too. In Noida and Ghaziabad, the prices have increased by 30-50% from last week. Retail vegetable sellers have also stopped giving their customers the complementary dhaniya (green coriander) and mirchi (green chillies) with a bag of vegetables.
