What Carlos Alcaraz's epochal win over Novak Djokovic at Wimbledon on Sunday has done, among other things, is to quash the Serb's quest for the holy grail of tennis: the calendar slam. Given the manner of Alcaraz's win, it is unlikely to be brought up for any meaningful discussion again in the near future.
