THIS self-starter solved their rent problem by building a house in an old silo, but everyone is asking the same thing.
TikToker “Lake Dasher” shared the process online, turning a rusty old silo into a cosy home.
They said: “We got bored and built a house in an old silo, and here’s how it turned out. Rent free!”
Video showed how the interior went from an empty steel cage to filled with wooden platforms.
Rooms were slowly built and insulation added, as well as tubes for air conditioning.
The finished product looked amazing, and the owners opted for a dusty blue paint.
The walls were decorated with photos of boats, heads of past deer hunted and photos of the family.
A flat screen television was mounted on the wall, and hardwood flooring was installed as well.
There was even a walk in closet added, filled with clothes,and a new shower.
But viewers of the viral video were left asking one important question.
One said: “What if someone buys the property?”
But it seems the silo home owner isn’t worried about that potential, and is soaking up time in his new home.
