United Airlines agrees to 40 percent pay raise for pilots

CHICAGO, Illinois: United Airlines and the union representing its pilots, the Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA), have announced that an agreement was reached that will give pilots pay increases of up to 40 percent over four years.
