Chanelle Hayes praised by fans as she shows off ‘real body with stretch marks’ in a bikini on holiday
CHANELLE Hayes has been praised by fans after showing off her real bikini body.
The 35, who lost nine stone after a secret gastric sleeve operation in 2020, posed for a series of snaps on holiday and told fans she was bored of hiding and trying to look amazing for Instagram.
Looking incredible in a white bikini, Chanelle wrote: “Taking so many shots to look amazing for social media. BORING.
“Swipe to see what you DONT see. Scars, stretch marks, loose skin, fatty tissue, normal human features!
“Why do we hide these bits?? Everybody has them! Big, small, tall, short, all races, all genders, all people. We are just humans! Free the hidden bits!”
Chanelle, who showed off her natural beauty by going make-up free, was inundated with messages of support.
One person wrote: “Hear hear, well done for being REAL. Filters are s***! You’re stunning, inside and out, never change I love you xxxx.”
A second said: “The third picture is my favourite beautiful and totally relatable.”

Chanelle took the decision to go under the knife after struggling to overcome binge eating and ballooning to 17st.
She said her extreme weight gain ruined her life as she refused to leave the house for a year because she was so ashamed by her size 18 figure.
The 5ft 3ins star’s key-hole surgery removed a large part of the stomach to limit food intake.
Chanelle rose to fame thanks to the iconic Channel 4 reality series Big Brother in 2007 when she was just 19 years old.
