TikTok user Carly (@freshleecleaningco) demonstrated how to tackle the often neglected areas of your home.
For her first tip, the TikToker recommended paying extra attention to your bathroom exhaust fan while cleaning.
In the clip, she showed her followers how to remove the dust from the vent using a handheld vacuum.
Carly also suggested wiping under the rubber seal of your refrigerator as dirt may become trapped in it.
She demonstrated how to do this by spraying a Q-tip with an all-surface cleaner and running it along the seal.
Carly also advised viewers to regularly remove lint from their dryer trap.
After removing the larger pieces of lint, she then tackled the rest with a cleaning spray and a scrub brush.
Next, the cleaning pro revealed that your kitchen faucet spray head is often overlooked.
She demonstrated how to easily clean it with dish soap and a scrub brush.
Carly also recommended wiping down the top of your oven drawer on a regular basis.
In a second video, she reminded her followers to wipe down the bases of their lamps.
She also advised her audience to wipe down the inside of their dryer door when cleaning.
According to Carly, light switches and door knobs are other areas of the home that are often neglected.
She suggested wiping them down with a disinfectant wipe on a regular basis.

While demonstrating the task, she paid particular attention to the inside hinges of the can.
For her final tip, Carly recommended scrubbing out your toothbrush holder every so often.
