CLEVELAND — Issue 1 represents either a chance for Ohioans to take back control of their state constitution from deep-pocketed, out-of-state special interests or a scheme by lawmakers manipulated by special interests to deceive Ohioans into surrendering a constitutional right to keep them in check.
