U.S. dollar gains after solid economic data
NEW YORK, Aug. 1 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar strengthened against major currencies on Tuesday, following encouraging data regarding U.S. manufacturing and construction in June, which offset a drop in job openings to the lowest level in over two years.
