The Supreme Court has commenced day-to-day hearings on petitions against the abrogation of Article 370 of the Constitution, which gave special status to Jammu and Kashmir. The five-judge constitution bench, led by Chief Justice DY Chandrachud, will hear the case except on Mondays and Fridays. Kapil Sibal will argue for the petitioners, with the first part of his submissions set to be completed by Thursday.
