Transportxtra - Rail operator Trenitalia c2c has appointed Eleni Jordan as commercial director, joining from Chiltern Railways where she was commercial and customer strategy director for six years. Jordan, who has nearly 30 years experience across commercial and customer-focused roles, is set to start in the new role in September.
