KKR has signed definitive agreements to acquire a majority stake in LEAP India, a pallet pooling platform in India. ET first reported that KKR’s infrastructure fund was in talks to acquire a majority stake in LEAP at an enterprise value of up to Rs3,000 crore. KKR is making this investment as part of its Asia infrastructure strategy.
