I’m a carboot sales pro & got a £1 mystery bag, I thought I wasted my money but people are amazed by a £40 beauty steal
A PRO at finding the best deals from carboot sales has revealed the incredible items that came out of a mystery bag she bought.
Taking to her social media account, Becky told viewers she went to a haul where one stall was only selling plastic bags full of mystery items for just £1.
Unable to resist the offer, she got herself one, but quizzed: “Have I just wasted my money?”
She then took out the contents of the bag to show people in a bid to let them answer the question.
The first thing that came out of the white bag was an iPad case.
She then put a “sexy shower cap” on her head, which had a green and pink pattern on it.
“Face masks for the next pandemic,” she went on to share, pulling the pack out.
TikTok user @beckysbazaar then found a shower head, which appeared random compared to the rest of the contents.
She also found foot pads, an “eyebrow growth serum” and hand sanitiser.
Becky then pulled out a black strap that she couldn’t identify, before moving onto bunting for a 60th birthday party and a blueberry flavoured pod for an Air Up water bottle.
“Was it worth it??” she wrote in the caption.
People were left divided over the contents as one person wrote: “I think it was a waste,” to which Becky replied: “I use the shower cap & hand san every day, the rest I’ve given away for free as mystery gifts at pop ups, nothing ends up in the rubbish dw”.
Another wrote: “They def just put random stuff they didn’t need in a bag”.
While a third shared: “It’s good for £1 but most the stuff is pretty useless”.
Others, however, pointed out that what she got her money’s worth as the eyebrow serum by RapidLash alone is £40.
“That brow serum is about £40!” one person wrote.
Another said: “The brow serum though!! Worth like £20-40 and it’s incredible!! Worth it just for that!!”
A third shared: “That serum is £40 in the shop! Bargain!”
And a fourth added: “It’s a £1 easy got 40 x worth”.
