The Supreme Court on Friday refused to interfere with the Delhi High Court’s judgment that had asked the Chinese manufacturer to deposit 23 per cent of the amount paid under its 2018 License Agreement towards "royalty" for alleged infringement of Nokia's three standard essential patents in cellular technology.
