DIY SOS star Nick Knowles is to marry for a third time after getting engaged to his girlfriend — who is 27 years his junior.
The BBC presenter, 60, proposed to Katie Dadzie, 33, last month in the US, where he has been filming.
The couple have been together since 2021 and met when Katie’s daughters befriended Nick’s youngest lad Eddie, eight, at a play centre.
A pal said: “They are so in love and absolutely adore each other. Katie is over the moon that Nick popped the question.”
Katie was accused of being a “gold digger” by internet trolls when the pair went public with their relationship. However, Nick insisted lingerie firm boss Katie was “wealthier and more successful” than him.
In April, Katie defended the age gap between her and Nick — and revealed they have separate homes.
She told The Sun on Sunday: “Nick has a Peter Pan complex, he doesn’t act the age he is at all.
“He is like a teenage boy and has so much energy. I also act a bit older, so it works out.
“We’re really happy and support each other with kids and our work lives. He’s a really lovely person.
“We have separate homes, which I think works for our relationship.”
Last month, Nick gushed over Katie in an Instagram post —– sharing a picture of them in the sunshine in Marbella.
They had been in the Spanish resort doing a photoshoot for Katie’s Boa Boa business.
Nick wrote: “Lovely to get a couple of days off between shoots to spend some quality time with my love @katie.dadzie around the shoot for her new brand @boaboawear which went so well.
“Sunshine and dinner by the beach — bliss.” Last week, Katie shared an Instagram video of her and Nick kissing and travelling around Memphis, Tennessee.
Nick — who has four children by three different women — wed first wife Gillian in the 1990s and they had two children.
He had a lovechild from an affair with dancer Paula Beckett — but he called off the fling because he wanted to marry Gillian.
The couple divorced in 2000 and he married second wife Jessica Moor in Rome in 2012, three years after they started dating.
They had son Eddie in 2014, but split two years later.
Since then, Nick has had various romances — one with Towie star Pascal Craymer, 36, in 2017.
