Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) has requested the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) to reschedule the November 12 Pakistan-England World Cup match due to security concerns highlighted by Kolkata police concerning Kali Puja, one of the biggest festivals in the state, which requires a significant police presence across Kolkata.
