India's External Affairs Minister, S Jaishankar, announced that border talks with China have not stopped and progress has been made on significant tension points between the two countries in the last three years. Although both countries have had historic border disputes since 1962, they have continued to hold several rounds of military-level talks to resolve tensions in the region.
