The trial run of the Vande Bharat Express train along the Patna-Jhajha-Asansol-Howrah route was successfully completed in six and a half hours, faster than the current fastest train Kolkata Rajdhani. The Vande Bharat service for these cities is likely to start by August-end, which would become the fourth Vande Bharat train in Bengal.
